Recover a deleted menu

Hello,

I'm managing a friend's WordPress site, and yesterday she accidentally deleted her menu....
I wanted to know if it's possible to recover it?

She has Jetpack, and I checked that I can recover an older version; I'm actually in the process of downloading it. But after that, is it possible to recover only a part of the version? Here the menu, so as not to lose what she has done between the old version and the new one?

    Hello,

    When you talk about recovering an old version, are you referring to the menu or to Jetpack?

    One way to retrieve that menu would be to restore a backup, right?

    Do you have one?

    If you’re not sure:

    - Your host might automatically offer this service (you can check that in your cPanel or on your host's website)

    - If your friend has a Premium version of Jetpack, I believe there is also a backup option.
