TNT sat Cahors stuck on TF1

Hello, in Spain after a 3-week absence, my TNT SAT Cahors decoder remains stuck on TF1. Upon turning it on, it searched for channels, then we selected our region for France 3, and then it started but remains stuck on TF1. The remote control works. We unplugged all the cables for 15 minutes, cleaned the chip on the card, etc... nothing works
Can someone help us?

    Hello,
    Have you tried to do a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.

      I finally succeeded without doing a reset
      I pressed OK which opened a list of channels and unlocked the other channels
      Problem solved

    But don't mention it, and don't worry, it's actually very simple; after the "reset," your decoder will be like new, and you'll just have to follow the on-screen instructions.
