Hello,
I don't know what's going on, the letters I'm typing don't match, how can I get the AZERTY keyboard back? Can you help me?

Hello,
press the "Windows + Space" keys on your keyboard and select the keyboard layout you want. If you don't see Azerty, right-click on the Windows logo at the bottom left, choose "Settings," go to "Time & Language," then "Language," click on "Add a language," search for "French (France)," check all the boxes for the language installation, and once all downloads are finished, return to the main settings page, go to "Devices," then "Typing," scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Advanced keyboard settings," and in "Replace the default input method," choose "French (France) - French."
