Hello.
After updating the drivers with Driver Booster, the PC displays the different access points but with a padlock, and when I click on my network to connect, it shows "We couldn't connect to this network." So, I had to reset my PC and buy a new Wi-Fi adapter just in case, I still have the padlocks but after clicking on troubleshoot, I was able to connect but there are still instabilities in my connection.
Do you have a solution to remove the padlocks, please?
Thank you in advance!

Hello,
Your connection seems to be bad, maybe because the network is poor in your geographical area or your internet box provides a low-quality WiFi signal. Test your connection with a PC directly connected via Ethernet to the box, then do the same test with the PC connected via WiFi at https://www.speedtest.net/fr

A hello, a response, a thank you are always appreciated. -
Hi
What are you talking about?
About hotspot or Wifi provided by boxes?
If it's about boxes, it's perfectly normal for there to be a lock on wifi connections
It's because they are protected by a security key, which is also more than normal. -
Hi,
to remove a padlock, you have to put the right key in it...
Not the adapter, the real key, the network password.
