Hello,
I am looking for help that can explain to me or direct me to a legal organization to file a complaint against a company hosting stores to sell products.
Completely arbitrarily, for no apparent reason, my store was closed and disappeared overnight from the site "ETSY.com".
No explanation other than that I violated the terms of something I don't know. While I have not violated anything at all!
Currently, I no longer have access to anything on this site. No communication possible. Everything is blocked.
Thank you for informing me or directing me to an instance that can intervene if legislation exists…
Thank you for your response!
Sincerely,
Patrick P.

Hello,
nothing much new, it's a fairly common problem, there are many similar cases to yours, whether it’s with Amazon and other eCommerce sites that allow external sellers to open a shop on their platforms.
Since Etsy is registered in the USA and their European office is in Ireland, it might be complicated; you could possibly reach out to the mediator just to get some information https://www.economie.gouv.fr/mediateur-des-entreprises/pourquoi-nous-saisir
But in my opinion, if they determined that you violated their rules and you're unable to contact them directly, you may face a lot of difficulties in getting a favorable outcome https://www.etsy.com/fr/legal/sellers/

a hello, a response, a thank you are always nice.-
Hello,
Generally speaking, store closures occur when ETSY suspects you of not making your own products that you sell in your shop.
This can be dropshipping from China, for example.
Or, another possibility, there is a copyright issue. ETSY suspects you of using trademarked material to make your products. This can involve using characters from cartoons, comics, etc., without the permission of the rights holders.
It is completely arbitrary and often unfair because there are thousands of items on ETSY made and shipped from China that correspond to industrial productions from Chinese factories.
And these shops have been operating on ETSY for years.... -
Good evening,
I find myself in the same situation.
My store was doing very well, and then, overnight, all my products became inactive for no reason.
I am tired of them.
I am open to filing a complaint.
I truly believe there are a lot of people suffering from this injustice.
Good luck, we need to talk about it on social media.
