Hello, I recently invested in a desktop microphone because the one on my headset was of poor quality. I bought the Yotto microphone ("YOTTO Condenser Microphone USB Recording for Desktop and Laptop MAC Windows Cardioid Microphone" from the site where I purchased it). My problem is that my friends on Discord can hear everything I do, whether it's games, videos, or even sometimes hear themselves in echo. I've tried enabling noise reduction but they can still hear their voices. And when I decrease the microphone sensitivity, I am no longer heard unless I scream. The thing is, I don't really want to lower the volume of the video I'm watching or else I can't hear it, same with games and their voices. I have a friend who has very low sensitivity (you can really hear everything he does) but we can't hear what he's doing on his computer (and he doesn't activate noise reduction).

I'm on Windows 10 and the microphone is a USB mic that, to my knowledge, doesn’t have any software.

I can't find a solution to resolve this issue.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 90.0.4430.212

Hi,

In the Discord program, you select the audio from your sound card in its audio settings.

You need to capture the direct sound from your microphone.

I don't know Discord, so I can't explain it better, but basically, I think that's it.
