Logitech G432 Headset: Microphone Not Working

Hello,

I recently bought a Logitech G432 headset with a microphone. The sound works perfectly, but I can't get the microphone to work. I've tried troubleshooting (from the settings), disconnecting, reconnecting, but nothing works. The volume (of the microphone) is at maximum, and nothing can be heard. What can I do about it, please?

    Hello,

    I installed it. My microphone is indeed working, it's just that in the settings and in the software it's at 100% volume, yet the maximum recorded value is 4%. What can I do about it?
