Hello,
I have connected my T'nB USB headset to my PC with Vista but there is no sound
when I go into the device manager in the audio and video controller it shows up but with a yellow triangle and an exclamation point when I try to update the driver it tells me that my driver is up to date
and in the problem detection I read this device cannot start (code 10)
when I insert the CD supplied with the headset the installation starts and then stops and I get platform error 7
if anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated
thank you for your help

the CD plays without the headset being plugged in, but be careful, is your product compatible with Vista?
Hello Pupuce01, I'm coming to your rescue
I encountered exactly the same problem with my PC three weeks ago. After searching for about 3 or 4 hours for drivers that might work, I eventually found the solution, which is pretty silly in the end.
I had also contacted T'NB, who directed me to the seller, who kindly passed the buck! It seems that the headset has a problem with Vista.
HERE is the solution:
You need to use the CD that came with it. Insert it.
Open the control panel, then the device manager,
Double click on the audio controller that has a yellow triangle, then in the "drivers" tab click on "update driver."
Then choose the last option: "browse my computer for driver software," and then click on "let me pick from a list..."
Click on the "provided disk" tab, then on "browse" (this will give it the driver to use), open the disk, go to "driver" then "usb," and finally select "CMUSB" and click on open.
Vista will then ask you if you want to install the driver despite the absence of a digital signature, click on OK.
And there you go!

Good evening Ben TINO
Hooray, it's working, you're fantastic!!
I had contacted Tnb myself, and they responded that the headset was not compatible with Vista; I was going to return it to the supplier for an exchange.
Thank you a thousand times for replying to me.
Have a good evening, and thanks again for the tip; it is indeed simple, but you have to think of it.
