Hello,
I’ve read quite a bit about this topic on this site, but I can’t find a solution. I know that Epson offers replacement support; however, I need to send my printer to a repair point, which will cost me around €20.50... not to mention that I will probably end up losing a lot of ink to reset it apparently... How can I either replace the pad or where can I find one? /or reset the machine? I’ve tried some tricks I found for other Epson models but to no avail for my XP 520.... help.... Thanks

Hello, I am in the same situation, Error code E11 on my EPSON Expression Premium XP 520. I can't find the solution on various forums. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello, I finally contacted Epson who gave me a phone number for the nearest repairer... which is far from my place, and I sent my printer without the cables via Colissimo (€20.50 for the printer weighing 6.2 kg).
They received the printer, and they should send it back to me at their expense in about 10 days, fingers crossed ????. It's a free service related to programmed obsolescence from what I understood. But free... at the cost of €20.50. There you go, I hope I was able to help you.
