How to recover files deleted by AVG antivirus

Hello,

I accidentally pressed to shred files with AVG antivirus. The problem is that I don’t know why they were on ONE DRIVE for 2 days and yet I am not connected to One Drive.

Please, all my photos and desktop files have been shredded by AVG antivirus. How can we recover them, please?

    I’m sorry to bring you the bad news.
    Important: This option permanently deletes specific files or entire folders from your hard drive. Once the data is shredded, you cannot recover it.

    Hello,
    The only option is to retrieve them from Microsoft OneDrive, provided they are there.

    As for the rest, if the files have been shredded, it’s dead; they will be unusable and corrupted.

    For the photos, we should check the device where they were taken, as long as they haven't been deleted.

    The bureaucrats, if we gave them the Sahara, in 5 years, they would have to buy sand elsewhere.

    Thank you. I've lost everything.
    But can you tell me why the office, my documents, and my photos from 05/20/2021 were uploaded to OneDrive?
    Yet I haven't used OneDrive in months and I haven't been connected since last year.
