Logitech G PRO X - Microphone detected but no sound?

Hello, I bought the Logitech G PRO X headset, the sound works perfectly, my microphone is detected, etc., but it does not work! However, when I play the sound loud enough through my headset, my microphone picks it up. Any ideas on how to fix this, please? I've tried everything, reinstalling the drivers, changing USB ports, trying with the jack plug, checking if I'm muted, looking at the G Hub software, etc. Nothing works...
