Select the bad ones and delete, then Next > Until Reboot

You need to restart Windows for the changes to take effect.

But be careful what you delete, it may detect legitimate and important files or drivers.

You can search for the file names on Google to find clues.

If you are not sure, analyze the files with VirusTotal Uploader by right-clicking > Send To > Virustotal
