Internet connection after changing the Freebox

Hello,
I just changed my Freebox (the previous one was defective)
I think I made the connections correctly (I had made a diagram of the previous one). The phone and TV are working, but not the internet on my laptop. I can't find the identifier for my new Freebox on my laptop.
I can't reach Free, for them everything is working normally (they did a remote test).
As for the website, after various questions, they are doing the same thing as on the phone.
Could you help me?

I had the same problem when I received my Freebox mini
you need to go to :http://mafreebox.freebox.fr/
On the left, select the 2.4g wifi card
Freebox settings / wifi / network configuration / enable the personal network
configuration choice: specific to the card
uncheck hide the SSID
fill in the SSID and the wifi key
protection type WPA2 - AES (recommended)
enable WPS

don't forget to activate, ok at the bottom right

the network should appear on the laptop and mobile

    In Freebox OS,
    try giving different SSID names to the two Wi-Fi networks of the Freebox 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz:
    for example Joly2 and Jolya5
    PS,
    I see you're posting from a Bouygues address, is that normal?

    I remember that something similar happened to me with my Revolution. The PC couldn't see the wifi.
    I solved the problem by changing the wifi channel.
    To do this in Freebox OS: Freebox Settings > Wifi > radio configuration

    It's interesting,
    this problem comes up quite often right now, is changing the channel enough?
    I still have my doubts since the Freebox has a radar to find the best channel in theory.

Hello and thank you all for your cooperation.
I am trying to connect to "mafreebox.freebox" as suggested by Christian, but the site is not responding and indicates a loading error.
Does it still exist?
I also tried "FreeBox OS," but I can't find the settings anywhere. I'm not very skilled, I must admit.
I will redo all the connections.
I will try again during the day, the weather is good for staying inside.
The big problem is that Free is not responding; for them, everything is fine!!!!!

Hello,
I found someone who had the same problem with their Freebox.
Actually, the issue comes from the wiring between the box, the decoder, and the two units. If you follow the description given in the procedures, (I might have made a mistake), you end up with too many plugs connected.
The person who helped me reviewed the entire setup and it works now.

  In principle, Wi-Fi is wireless, to begin with :-)
  However, you can access your box's configuration via an Ethernet cable between it and your PC.

    I am familiar with the principles stated.
    The Free equipment includes the box, the TV decoder, and two boxes with several cables having multiple inputs. Not all of these inputs should be connected. It's a bit complicated to explain, and for me to understand. The person in my circle has redone the circuit (he knows better than I do) and it works. And I admit that I haven't tried to understand so far
    I will take note of the circuit and neutralize the plugs not to be used

    I think you're talking about the 2 Freeplugs (one Freeplug with cables for powering and Ethernet connection from the box and one Freeplug for the TV decoder to place it away from the box if you want)
    if you place the TV decoder next to the box, you can use the provided Ethernet cable
    and only use the Freeplugs for powering the box and the TV decoder
    
    as brupala said, the connection of cables has nothing to do with the Wi-Fi emitted by the box!

  we should find the wifi network first before talking about the firewall, Seb.
  And check the config, it doesn’t mean anything if you don't specify what needs to be set, which you actually know nothing about.
