I really need help because I'm confused. I wanted to purchase hosting from Strato, and since then, they have charged me money, but I have no contract. On their website, it's impossible to contact anyone, and the phone number I have, an 00800, doesn't work.
Do you have any advice for me?

Hello, I had the same problem with a withdrawal of €20 from this company Strato, but I did not provide my card or my bank details, and I did not contact them to sign up for a contract. I don't know where this withdrawal came from. I tried calling the number listed online, but it is not valid, and all the other numbers I have are also invalid. I will have to call my bank to make a complaint and block the transaction. I don't know what else to do.
In the contact section, there is this information:

I forgot to mention in my previous comment that I have neither received a letter indicating the start of my contract nor an email; I haven't received anything at all.
Exactly like you then, I didn't ask for anything. I don't even know STRATO. The bank refunded me within 8 days. I hope I won't have any other withdrawals.
Hello, I received a withdrawal of 20 euros from this company that I don't recognize. How did you resolve your issue, please?
I had the same thing happen to me, I contacted them by email and they called me back, and apparently the withdrawal of 20 euros does not come from them. It would come from a site called alex-assist that claims to be Strato, but that's not true, and I apparently subscribed to it when my gas and electricity company came by and offered to take out insurance for when our appliances break down and all, except that they don't have that name at all. Strato advised me to block my card and to inform the police department specializing in fraud because I wasn't the first to contact them about this.

I have exactly the same problem as you; I just saw a charge from Strato for 20 Euros. I also took out a plan for home appliances, but it shouldn't have been that price, so what I understand is that I should block the payment?
