Hello, my daughter has been playing on Roblox for almost 2 years but didn’t enter an email address when creating her account. I have spent a lot of money, and due to a bug she can no longer log in, and of course there’s no way to reset the password!!! What can I do? Thank you

Only Roblox can restore your account, but your identity must be verified; otherwise, anyone could claim to be the rightful owner and hack it.
If you did not provide a recovery address, you will not find any workaround on this forum.
