Hello,
I bought myself a new PC built from matériel.Net and I installed Windows 10 without a license (I need to buy a key later), everything was working fine.
I installed the drivers for the GPU and did the updates proposed by Windows, and upon reboot, Windows detected a problem and performed a diagnostic, the problem can only be resolved by resetting Windows. I performed the reset as I have no data to lose since there is still nothing on the storage. Upon restarting, I see the Gigabyte startup screen and the Windows loading icon, but quickly the screen is filled with green lines and the PC restarts, and it keeps doing this infinitely.
I can't access the BIOS because when I use the required keys to enter, the screen remains stuck on the Gigabyte logo, and other keyboard keys have no response.
I tried to see if a component was the cause; I tried without RAM, with one stick out of the two, I removed the GPU to see if the PC reacted differently, but nothing changed. I attempted the CCMOS but that didn’t change anything either.
If anyone here knows a solution, I'm open to suggestions; otherwise, I’ll see during the week about consulting a professional in my town. I don’t want to call matériel.Net’s customer service because they will want me to send the PC back while the problem might be minimal.
Config:
Power supply: CORSAIR ENTHUSIAST SERIES TX550
SSD: KINGSTON SSD 1T A2000 M.2 2280 NVME
RAM: BALLISTIX BLACK 2 X 8 GB (16 GB) 3200 MHZ CAS 16
Processor: AMD RYZEN 5 5600X 4.60GHZ 6 CORE
Motherboard: GIGABYTE B550 GAMING X V2
Case: MASTERCASE H500 ARGB - DUAL PANELS
GPU: GIGABYTE GEFORCE RTX 3060 GAMING OC 12 GD
Cooler: ENERMAX ETS-T50A PROCESSOR COOLER

Hello
Well, check with them first, there’s a warranty...
It looks like a BIOS issue, not the right version; you need to check with matériel.net if the motherboard's BIOS version supports the Ryzen 5xxx because it is not native with the B550 chipset, the minimum version for this board is F10.
