Hello everyone,
We had fiber installed in our apartment by Bouygues this week, and the internet Box had to be moved to the electrical meter.
The problem we are encountering is that the Bbox 4K remains in the living room, and plugging the RJ45 cable into the wall socket still results in an ethernet connection issue.
I think there is a problem with the wiring between the DTI box and the box; could you please clarify this point for me?

Hello,
I see two cables coming out of the box, one at port 1 and one at port 4 /tv, where do these two cables go? We can't see.
At the patch panel, we see two small cables going to the wall sockets, where are they connected, to the DTI?
Apparently, they should only serve to distribute the phone, so they should be eliminated.
What needs to be done:
The ONT is the small Huawei box you are holding in your hand.
