League of Legends Update

Hello,

I have a problem, I have a new Mac and I have been trying to install League of Legends for now 1 week, but when I install it and I am on the Riot Games client, it offers me an update so I do it but after about 2 seconds it gives me this message: "An unexpected event occurred while trying to access the required file for the update. Please contact our Support team."
I have already asked Riot Support to help me and they are still looking for a solution but they can't find it.
I am on Mac Catalina, version 10.15.7

    Hello Kipix version 2,
    It is possible that malware has been installed on your Macintosh. Try reinstalling the Macintosh operating system (macOS, also known as macintoshOS) if the problem persists!

      Launch your Riot client as an administrator, it worked for me, it is currently downloading.

      I'm resurrecting this thread, but you never know if it might be useful.
      I think you need to disable Riot Vanguard before doing a new installation. (Maybe just "exit" is enough; I haven't tried).
      Disable it in the startup services on CCleaner. Then press ctrl+alt+delete > sign out > sign in.
