How to clear the RAM memory of my LG TV?

Hello,

For the past 48 hours, my TV has been interrupting my TV programs and displaying this message "this application will now restart to free up additional memory."

Could someone in this community provide me with the steps to clear the RAM of my TV? Thank you.

    Hello and welcome to this forum,

    - Unplug your Smart TV from the power outlet for at least one minute.

    - While your TV is unplugged, press and hold the power button for five seconds to discharge it.

    - If you cannot access the power button or if your TV does not have one, leave the device unplugged for at least three minutes.

    - Plug it back in.

    - Turn it on.

    - Try using the app again.
