Illustrator 2021 Magnetism Issue

Hello,

I’ve searched everywhere on the forums and I can’t find any answer. I can’t get the snap-to feature to work again and when I want to be precise, it’s unbearable; finding the center of the document using this snapping feature is a significant time saver...

I’ve done everything, shut down my computer, reinstalled Illustrator... And as you can see, all the options are checked but still no snapping...

I am an intern and I need your help... Did I mistakenly use some shortcut keys?

Configuration: Macintosh / Opera 75.0.3969.171

    Hello,

    You will find your happiness in "display" --> "commented markers"
    It manages the hook, keyboard shortcut ctrl + U
