Philips landline phone not working!

Hello,
I bought 2 Philips landline phones that don't work at all! When I place them on their base, it says no battery. They have been on the base for a whole day and night, so there is a problem! I want to be refunded and return them, it's unacceptable for 50 €!!!

    Where did you buy these two phones? You should know that sometimes rechargeable batteries are included, and sometimes they are not.
    No battery, it's clear: the batteries are missing, in my humble opinion.

    Either you ask the seller about it, or you take your phone and go to the store to buy the appropriate batteries.

    If these are new phones, the batteries should normally be provided, but in the case of used equipment, you need to buy the batteries.

    What are the exact references for these two phones?
