Hello,
I came to the forum because of a short circuit message about the antenna. I read it carefully.. But I can't leave this message to go to the menu and cut the power to the antenna!!????
Otherwise, wouldn't it be possible that the dish head is dead??

    Hello,

To remove the message: unplug the antenna cable at the back of the demodulator.

Then check the wiring of the F connectors on each side (the modem and the satellite dish head).

Be careful: just a single tiny bit of ground braid touching the copper core and you’ll surely get the "antenna short circuit" message.

But do not remove the power to the head from the menu, because then you will have no reception at all (and that would be normal).

Thank you for the information! Actually, we tested the wire, the connections to fix the nozzle aren’t great...
So, we tested the wire, nothing to report, so we changed the satellite dish head and it’s good.. I thought it would be another message!!
