Hello,
I have a problem that suddenly appeared after the app update:
I can only choose one item to pay for because I'm considered a new user overnight, even though I've already made purchases with my account.
Therefore, I cannot make group purchases; the app prevents me from doing so.
I checked if I had any coupons, none,
I tried making a single purchase to get the bonus to activate, but there’s no bonus recorded anywhere, and even after the purchase, the bug persists for the following purchases.
I tried logging out and back in or downloading the app again; no change.
This prevents me from paying everything at once, from having group purchases instead of an unknown number of different packages, and from choosing an option that allows me to return items within 15 days for an extra 2 euros.
It’s quite annoying; I hope someone has a solution..

After several attempts to place an order for my entire cart on Aliexpress, I still receive the following message (despite being a long-time customer on the site): "You can only buy one item with your new user bonus. Please select the item you prefer to complete your order." I just spoke with Aliexpress customer service, and they informed me that it's a system bug and they are working on fixing it.
I am facing the same problem of being unable to finalize my order with this message regarding a choice to be made about this famous new user bonus.
The issue is that I didn't have access to this bonus anywhere, either during the selection of items from the different sellers or afterwards when finalizing the order.
Therefore, I can't do anything or make any claims because my order is not recorded.
However, I am a new user of this site, and I am really stuck; this is not encouraging.
