Hyperx Cloud II can't increase the microphone volume.

Hello, I have a Hyperx Cloud II, however, my friends pointed out that the microphone sound is quite low.
Going into the Windows options (the control panel):
When I click on my microphone and then on levels, I cannot increase the bar as it is "locked".

There is a box provided with the headset where I can increase or decrease the sound but even setting it to maximum, the sound remains low (though maybe acceptable).

So I know that what I'm about to say may seem dumb and especially obvious to many, but it has happened to several of my friends who own the Cloud 2:
Make sure the microphone is facing the right way (Remove the foam to see it), because yes, a lot of people don't know that a microphone can have different polar patterns, and in this case, it is unidirectional.

Same problem and tried everything, in the end a small software that increases the headphone gain was enough. Everyone has the same problem with the HyperX Cloud II.

You just shed light on a year of questioning for me. At no point did I think that the mic was misaligned, it changed everything thank you.
