Hello,
I bought a "Homday Xpert" negative scanner and I can't get it to work; I followed the instructions for the scanner, it asks me for an authorized serial number which I have, but when I hit enter, nothing happens. The user manual mentions "capture" which does not appear on what I installed. Do I need to download a driver from your website? Please help me. Best regards.
