I bought an Hama 8 in 1 remote control for our TV with my partner, but we can't figure out where to press to go to "source" and "HDMI".

Could you please help us?

Normally, the source is selected using the original remote control.
Generally, universal remotes (replacement...) only have the basic functions like volume and channel change, but for more complex functions, you need the original remote control.
Otherwise, with the right manual, it's the same as my first answer:
11.Smart TV :
Open the Smart TV menu (if supported by the device) Shift+Smart TV :
select the external AV source 12.APPS:
Open the application menu (if supported by the device...)

Clearly, it's a lost cause if the television is too old.

Thank you very much for your response. I already had another universal remote that no longer works, and I could switch to source with it, that's why I was looking for that feature on this one.

I just bought it, works perfectly with a Telefunken TV, press the shift button then smart TV (orange button at the bottom) and the list of inputs appears: AV/HDMI1/2/USB...
