Hello,
I own a tower: Dell OptiPlex 380 with an Intel I2 DUO processor and a motherboard: E9839 AZ0422 and I would like to know which processor would be compatible with my motherboard.
I would like a more powerful processor.

    No, you say you have a Core 2 Duo

    Those I mentioned are Core 2 Quad

    It's LGA775 with a G41 chipset

    The most powerful domestic CPU in this category is the Q9650

    The Q9550 is pretty good too.

    Down below maybe it's not really worth it.
