Connecting 2 active speakers

Good evening,

I have an IBIZA BT15A speaker of 500W (active)
I would like to know if I could connect it to another BT15A using an XLR input
via the (MIX OUT) connection and thus have 2 speakers providing 1000W.

However, regarding the power, be careful, it's 250 Watts RMS per speaker, 500 W is the peak power, an info that isn't very useful. But it's certainly more appealing to list 500W as the first piece of information in advertisements...
Not to mention that power doesn't mean much without sensitivity (for the BT15A, it's 94 dB/W/m).
