Incessant request to enter the Outlook account password

Hello,
For some time now, this message keeps appearing regularly: "Enter the password for the Outlook account." The problem is that when you click "cancel" or "change settings," there is no way out, so I don't understand what I am supposed to do to make this alert stop appearing.
Thank you very much in advance for your help. (I would have liked to attach a screenshot of the message to make it clearer, but you need to be a member, and I'm not. I can send it to you via message if needed.)

Did you not notice my mistake?
Outlook is a Microsoft account, not Gmail, so you probably used an email address ending in @outlook.com or @hotmail.com/fr to register your iPhone
    I don't know more

Actually, my Apple ID is a hotmail.fr address, so if I understand correctly, I need to change that and use my Gmail address instead? Thank you for your help!

      Hello,
I’m reaching out to you because when I enter my Gmail address, it indicates that this address is already in use. The problem is that I don’t have another email address! (The Hotmail currently provided and this Gmail). So I don't know what to do... Thank you again for your help.

    Hello,
I've been trying to log into a "free" account for 3 days now. I received codes on my phone, but of course none of them work. I provided my email account as a second security account, and I'm receiving other codes that are useless. I wonder if I've fallen for a scam.
I connected via the link provided here, and a virtual contact is asking me questions, but I can't respond.
Please let me know what I should think.
