Password manager app for iPhone

Hello, my wife has an iPhone 8+ and has trouble creating strong passwords. She does not, like me, have a password manager automatically installed on the iPhone, which allows me to always have password proposals that are saved automatically when we accept. Do you think it would be possible to install the app: passwords? By signing up on a site, could she automatically receive generated passwords that are saved? Thank you for your help to everyone.

    What iOS does she have on her iPhone 8+?

    Because on older models (before iOS 18) the passwords are accessible (and can be generated) via Settings -> Passwords.

      16.7.16 here is the version. If I understand correctly, by going into Settings and Passwords, then it would automatically present a proposal for strong passwords? Do I need to install the app: Passwords? Because these passwords must be stored somewhere? On my iPhone I have this app and I can find all my passwords there.

        There is no app before iOS 18, it doesn’t exist…

        Passwords are in Settings on older versions.

      On my password ring (password set), I can’t remember them because they’re so hard, but they’re saved; they automatically fill when I go to the site I need.
