    On this model, the external speaker and the microphone are located side by side at the base of the mobile, and it is possible that under certain conditions (for example, if the volume is too high) your microphone picks up sound from the speaker and sends it back to your correspondent. So if you are using the microphone, try to disable it temporarily.
