Hello,
To deactivate your SFR "landline" voicemail:
Do you want to deactivate your voicemail? Your callers will be informed that they will not be able to leave a message on your voicemail.
Dial 31 03 or 147 (free call from your SFR landline).
From the main menu, press 3 to manage your call options.
Press 6 to activate the non-recording voicemail option.
Press 1 to confirm.

It's crazy how many people ask for help and don't know how to say thank you.

Hello,
What are the references (Brand and model) of this phone?
Generally, you can deactivate your operator's voicemail via customer service.
See https://assistance.sfr.fr/internet-tel-fixe/tel-fixe/utiliser-repondeur-sfr-ligne-fixe.html
Note: once disabled, there is no way for your correspondents to leave a message if you are absent or do not answer, unless you have an integrated answering machine in your own device.
In the event of a power cut at your place, no messages will be saved by your operator.

Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it's not there...

I understand that it doesn't work when calling from my mobile
When you dial 3103 from your landline, you connect directly to your landline voicemail
From your mobile... it cannot work, all SFR fixed lines have the same number for their line.
For the directory, see
https://assistance.sfr.fr/internet-tel-fixe/tel-fixe/niveau-confidentialite-coordonnees-annuaires.html
For the voicemail, I think you can also request to delete the voicemail by contacting customer service...
