Hello,
Here’s the situation. Since last week, I am with Free, and I have the new Freebox Pop with fiber.
I have a Netvue Vigil Cam. It’s an IP camera.
This camera was working perfectly with Sosh, my previous provider.
Now, it doesn’t work anymore. It can only connect at 2.4GHz. During the setup, I connect fine with my phone to the 2.4.
However, the camera cannot connect. Do you know if there’s a specific port to open, or a firewall, or something else?
Thank you very much
Configuration: iPhone / Chrome 96.0.4664.116

Hello.
Go to http://mafreebox.freebox.fr/
Then dissociate the two WiFi networks of the box (2.4 and 5GHz) by giving them different names, for example "WiFi Freebox 2.4 GHz" and "WiFi Freebox 5 GHz" to allow you to select the WiFi compatible with your camera.

Hello
Maybe by reading this -> http://f5bqv.fr/Cam_ip_Netvue-fr.html
Or in the manual in English -> Netvue Vigil
See you

If the answer helped you, a little thumbs up is great... If resolved, that's perfect.
Let he who has never opened a user manual throw me the first mouse ;-)

especially disable the MAC filtering enabled by default that prevents any new connection
