Razer keyboard multimedia key issue

Hello,

I have a slight issue with my Razer BlackWidow Elite keyboard. The wheel for increasing or decreasing the volume is having trouble functioning. When I try to increase or decrease the volume, about one time out of three it performs the opposite action. Plus, I’m not sure if I can remove this key like the others since it's quite specific.
The problem isn't extremely serious, but over time it’s pretty annoying to spend 20 minutes adjusting the sound, especially since the keyboard is relatively new.

hi
1) force the reinstallation of the driver by uninstalling it from the device manager
2) reinstall the software that manages the keyboard
3) to disable the key, you can normally do it from the software: bypass the macro assignment option to instruct the PC not to perform any action
4) find a video of someone physically disassembling the key so that you can remove it

For now I haven't really found any video where they take apart this key, but I will keep looking. As for the rest, it hasn't resolved the issue, but it is much less frequent, so thanks again.

I don’t know if your problem is resolved, but I had the same one and I just turned the knob for 5 minutes and then it was fine after.
