Sometimes it's possible to remove the keys. Do it with a fine blade, carefully, and closely examine the condition of the mechanism.
Inside, there is a rubber spring. Remove it and check the condition of the contact that detects the pressures of the spring above. If that doesn't work, there's not much you can do.
Clean everything without liquid, and put it all back without forcing.
Still, take a look at how it works beforehand, just to be able to reassemble it.
It is possible that the key may come off suddenly when you try to remove it. Try to hold it so it doesn't take its first flight.
