Keyboard issue: 3 simultaneous keys

Hello,

I have a problem with my laptop keyboard:
I cannot press three keys simultaneously from two adjacent columns

Explanations:
I call a column for example: the row of keys, 1-A-Q-W
or even 5-T-G-B

My computer does not register the X key for instance if I am already pressing two keys from two adjacent columns like A and S.

This means I cannot press:
-A Z and X at the same time
-Y J and N
-Z E and C
-...

Is this normal? Is there a driver problem?
Thank you for your thoughtful advice.
Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 3.6.13

Standard keyboards can’t handle more than 3 simultaneous key presses, so that’s completely normal.

However, if you have a gaming keyboard (Razer, Logitech G15 and G19), then it’s a driver issue.
