Strong 7402 decoder not turning on

Hello, the decoder started to freeze on a channel, for example: Fr 2, no picture and no way to turn it off using the power button, had to unplug it, after a while I plugged it back in and the decoder restarted, everything was working fine then the same scenario happened again, now it won’t turn on at all. Checked it roughly, nothing abnormal and I don’t have the equipment to take measurements, I took it to a technician, it’s not the power supply everything seems fine, more likely an issue with the motherboard!! Can anyone enlighten me? Thank you for your cooperation

    For your information: I dropped off the decoder with a technician, who found nothing abnormal regarding the voltage, probably the motherboard. When I got home, I powered it back on and OH, miracle, in the morning it was on, I didn't touch anything and left it as is. Then I searched online and found a site with a plausible explanation; in reality, it's a bug, you need to go into the menu and reconfigure (Factory). Apparently, it's an issue with Strong decoders? For now, it's working normally. In the meantime, I bought another one just in case! There it is, I hope this explanation helps other internet users.
