Watercooling doesn't cool down

Hello,
I built my own PC about a year ago and wanted to invest in water cooling for better performance (the NZXT Kraken M22).
I installed it yesterday following YouTube tutorials and so on, but the problem is that when I power it on, the PC turns on and then shuts down after about 3 minutes.
I thought this was due to CPU overheating, but I didn't have any apps to check the temperature, and in 3 minutes it’s hard to install one :/
I browsed several forums and read somewhere that one of the two tubes is supposed to contain hot water, which doesn't seem to be the case for mine.
Could this be due to a mounting issue or is the product simply defective?
Since I had never dealt with water cooling before, I'm not very knowledgeable about it, so your answers could help me.

    SYS_FAN 2 should be suitable, I think.

    You need to go into the BIOS in the M.I.T. section, then "Smart fan 5 settings," and then "Fan Speed control."
    You need to set SYS_FAN 2 to full speed mode.

      I have indeed modified the settings, however I just realized that I made a mistake. In fact, the 3-pin connector is plugged into the CPU fan and the 4-pin connector is plugged into the Sys Fan 2; otherwise, the fan won't be able to spin.

        but I think I've understood the source of the problem.
        I tested the temperature of the processor by switching the positions of the 3-pin and 4-pin cables.
        When the fan is running because the 4-pin is connected to the CPU fan, the temperature of the processor rises very quickly to around 70 °C in the BIOS. When it is not running, the water cooling dissipates the heat and the temperature also rises, but much more slowly.
        So I need to keep the 4-pin connected to the CPU fan, but I can't find where to connect the 3-pin cable..
        I don't know if that's clear ^^'

        So the 3-pin connector must go on the SYS_FAN.

    However, having set the fan to full speed, it makes the noise of a fighter jet
    Can I turn it down a bit?

    Hello,

    A quick series of questions to ensure everything is set up correctly:
    _ did you properly apply the thermal paste?
    _ did you correctly connect the plugs to CPU_FAN (4 pins) and CPU_OPT / AIO_PUMP (3 pins)?
    _ did you make the adjustments in the BIOS / UEFI?

      Good evening,
      - Regarding the thermal paste, I used the one provided with the water cooling. I think it's sufficient since I don't have a very high-end processor.
      - As for the connections, the 4-pin is correctly placed on the CPU_FAN, but the 3-pin is placed on the SYS_FAN 2. Does it make the same connection as the CPU_OPT or AIO_PUMP? I can't find the others on my motherboard (B450 Aorus Elite).
      - Regarding the BIOS, I haven't touched it at all; what settings do I need to configure exactly?
