Hello, I tried to log into my email on laposte.net but all the messages have been deleted; it is completely empty. I had an important personal folder, and I don't know if it is possible to recover it.

Please let me know what I should do :)

    Sorry, what is lost on the web is always permanently lost.

    To never lose anything, manage your email with an email client software and make backups. Folders, emails, and contacts are then kept at home and are not hackable. You can master its use without depending on online storage.

        Check with La Poste, but I seriously doubt they can do anything about it. I don't know of any operator that can restore an account to a previous date.
        Data loss is one of the risks of online storage. You have to be aware of that.

        How many characters is your password made up of?
        Since when hasn't it been changed?
