oK, that's exactly what I wanted to see... One detail troubles me... Your disk Zero is disk D: and disk 1 is C:... I would prefer the opposite... that you swap the SATA connections to be in the correct order...!!! but in my opinion, that's not the problem.

You can also run a checkdisk command as an administrator

Type

 chkdsk /f /r D:

and it will inventory check all the files on disk D:

Your disk may have defects..? I recommend testing the disk with the HD_Tune software. It’s free http://www.hdtune.com/files/hdtune_255.exe

You should follow the tests in this order: "Benchmark...Health...Error Scan," and you can attach the image here; the diskette icon takes a snapshot of the current test. Be careful, the last one may take all night... The Quick test box should be unchecked...

Your disk is impeccable.. however the B8 attribute is in red, I don't know what that means..?

Is this disk indeed an internal disk of the PC and not an external USB disk..?

It would be good to be able to run the command

CHKDSK /f /r D

make a copy paste of this command:

because if the defect is not in the disk, it must be in the files on the disk.

Yesterday morning, when starting the PC, it displayed a disk D repair message again. I then noticed that the Epic Games Store software had disappeared, along with the game installed in it.
I finally managed to run CHKDSK D: /f /r last night, here are the results:

Very well for chkdsk... understand that this test does not check the state of your hard drive but the state of the files inside it... and it found a 16KB block in bad sectors... it may be nothing... but not necessarily, it all depends on what was there... Normally, it's repaired by using spare sectors, as long as there are some left.
It also found an unallocated area... that's very possible.. unallocated means empty, not bad.

So now, your drive should be fine... and you should be able to see its contents if the files are indeed from Windows.
This does not guarantee that the files present are the ones corresponding to your activities, nor that they are all present...

Well... There were corrupted files in Windows, it's fixed now, so Windows should be functional, without system errors.

If your software doesn't work, it's due to the files of that software... that's something I can't guess.. The most rational solution would be to uninstall it... Restart the PC... Then reinstall it.
