SUPPR not working anymore

Hello,

My DELETE key on my ACER - ASPIRE3 PC no longer works when I try to delete a file on my desktop, but it does work in an email???? I don't understand what I might have done to ................. It is located on the first row of the keyboard just before the numeric keypad.

    Hello,
    It's possible that this key is defective (note that this is a guess...)!
    Maybe right-click on the file and then Delete...

      Yes, I know right-click, but it was working yesterday??? So I don't understand what happened between yesterday and today!!!!

        Restart your PC to see...
        Open the Device Manager by searching for it in the taskbar. You should now see a list of all the devices connected to your laptop.

        Expand the Keyboards section, select the PIH keyboard device. Right-click on it, and in the dropdown menu click on Update Driver.

        In the same menu, you can also Uninstall the device. Don't worry, just restart your laptop after confirmation and the drivers will be automatically reinstalled.
