Hello,

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 88.0.4324.190

I have a 55F501HK5110 television from Hitachi, and the channels are shifted by one. Channel one is on button 2, the second channel on button 3, and so on.
2nd question: every 2 minutes, a banner appears in the lower left corner; why? How can I remove this application? Thank you. PS I can't find a free manual for this television.

    Hello and welcome to this forum,

    I advise you to do a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial configuration" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings and your channels will be back in the correct order. Don't forget to specify the country "France" and optionally check "LCN"
    This banner is an ad and you need to choose "family use" or "home" in the menu instead of "demo" or "store"

    Thank you, I will try but for an elderly person and I don't have the TV here, I will go tomorrow and try your advice.
    Channel 1 had Canal+ but she is not subscribed so I deleted it, but here the channels are still out of sync.

    Do you know where to find the manual for this television for free? It asks for credit card numbers for 45 cents.
