Reels not available on Instagram

Hello,

I do not have access to reels on my Instagram app, nor when I check accounts that are supposed to have content in reels.
I have tried everything and the app is up to date.
I would like to point out that I have 2 accounts, one with 67K followers (I have access to reels on this account) and the other with 16K followers (I do not have access with that one).

So it is not an app problem since I can see reels half the time depending on the account I switch to.

Do you have any leads?

Hello,
I also have the same problem. Have you found a solution?
It's really strange, I have the same settings in both accounts, except that in one of them Reels doesn't want to appear.
