Hello,
I own a TCL television model 55DP67, purchased in 2019.
I have one issue, the software installed on it does not give me access to Android, the Play Store, and all the streaming applications that come with it. Instead, I have access to the TV+ app store, Rakuten TV, and other really not great applications...
Is it possible to change all of this? Install new software via USB stick or something else?

Sorry, this TV does not exist on the TCL website, so the reference must be different or not spelled exactly the same... You should provide its screen size, whether it’s a Smart TV or not... that's at least what we need to know...

What version of Android does it have?? The Play Store is not a requirement; there are other sources...
You shouldn't expect everything from the USB key... I've read on other models, for example, that it's impossible to use it to record videos... so be cautious.
