HDMI TO RCA ADAPTER

Good evening,
I have a small question: the HDMI port of my PS3 is no longer functional, and I only have the RCA port left, but the quality is really poor.
Will using an RCA to HDMI cable give the same quality as an original HDMI cable? Please respond.

    Hello and welcome to this forum,

    So you have connected to the RCA analog inputs of your TV?
    If you are using an RCA -> HDMI converter, it might be worse
