Bonjour,

Mon pc rame, je n'arrives pas a supprimer définitivement AVG TuneUp
A l'aide suis novice.

j'aimerais creer un point de restauration antérieur à 01 mois, je n'y arrives pas.

HP 15 Notebook PC
Intel core(TM) i5 Ram 4GO 2,4 GHZ CPU 1,70 GHZ

    j' ai fait comme tu m'as dit et ça ne marche pas j'ai un copier coller du texte sur FRST et j ai corrigé et il dit :

    '' Aucun fichier fixlist.txt n'a été trouvé.
    le fichier fixlist.txt doit etre dans le meme dossier ''

    je n'ai rien demandé des manipulations que tu as exécutées...

    voici ce que j'ai demandé:

    quand le script est copié, clique sur corriger dans FRST

    laisse la correction se faire avec FRST et redémarre le pc quand il te le sera demandé

    quand le pc aura redémarré, tu auras 1 fichier FIXLOG sur le bureau, poste le via 1 copier dans ta réponse

    si tu as des questions...

    salut

    pour voir ce qui tourne sur ton pc, fait ceci et poste les rapports

    télécharge FRST de (Fabar) sur ton bureau --> clique ici

    PS: prends celui correspondant à ton pc (32 ou 64 bits) -> clique ici

    exécute le en tant qu'administrateur (clic droit)

    à la fin du scan, les rapports FRST et ADDITION s'afficheront sur ton bureau et dans C:\FRST\LOG

    poste les rapports via cjoint --> clique ici

    tu as exécuté 1 ancienne version de FRST --> Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (x64) Version:24-08-2015

    fait ceci dans l'ordre indiqué:

    Pour info : https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-37069056-comment-creer-un-point-de-restauration-anterieur-a-01-mois-sous-windows-8-1#18 .

    Je pense qu'il peux relancer FRST car avec deux prises en charge , il risque d'y avoir un changement dans les rapports ; )

      la version de FRST n'est pas à jour, et les intructions ne sont pas suivies
