Cancellation of Darty Serenity Duo Pack

Good evening,

Following the purchase of a mobile phone at Darty, the salesperson subscribed me to a monthly Pack Sérénité Duo plan, explaining that it is a free antivirus for 2 months and that after that, I can simply cancel by calling a number. I would like to point out that he completed the process before explaining anything to me. I received an email confirming that I would be charged a certain amount starting next month, which is not at all what the salesperson explained to me; I managed to cancel directly on the website, and the cancellation should be effective in one month from today. I would like to specify that I did not activate this pack.
I am still a bit worried given some comments I read online, have any of you been in this situation before?
What should I do to ensure that the cancellation is acknowledged?
