Uppercase and lowercase

Hello,

my Toshiba "Portégé" laptop running Windows 10 - 64 bits.

When using the keyboard Caps Lock key, the computer indicates the toggle between lowercase and uppercase with a visual signal (the screen goes black for contrast and then returns to light).

Question: how to disable this option.

    I took that one, not knowing what your "Portége" model is

    But I think the principle is the same as for typewriters... yes indeed. One press of the Caps Lock key makes the whole keyboard uppercase... a second press returns it to lowercase... or you need to press the Shift key which is just below

    But all this should be indicated in the manual..
