This is a scam site; several internet users have been redirected to this site after making a purchase on a shopping site, and their credit cards have been charged a monthly subscription of €40 to €45 that must be quickly canceled to avoid being charged every month.
It is impossible to get a refund.-

I was contacted by this site yesterday while I was waiting for a package. Realizing the fraud, I contacted my bank who IMMEDIATELY blocked my credit card. I will therefore receive a new one next week. In the meantime, I'm going to my bank tomorrow to withdraw cash for my week.
A piece of advice: do the same if you want to avoid hassle. -
Yes, me too, it's the same thing every month they charge me €39.95 for nothing, I didn't subscribe to them and I can tell you that they are thieves. I am going to sue them and they will refund me. I have sent emails but they do not respond.
- Re:
I didn't sign up with them..
What you're saying.. You probably thought you would benefit from an incredible offer, you provided your credit card information (to pay a trivial amount..) and most importantly, you didn't read the terms and conditions..
Accepting the miraculous offer means agreeing to the terms and conditions (which were not read..). Now, those terms do indeed stipulate a monthly subscription unless canceled.
You are therefore legally subscribed without your full knowledge.
1- Unsubscribe immediately..
2- Go to your bank to permanently block these withdrawals. And in the future, read the terms and conditions even, and especially if they are written in tiny print..

You need to file a complaint with your bank to reject the direct debit.
I did it 3 weeks after the CAFEINGZ withdrawal, and my bank credited me 1 week later.
The VISA card system needs to blacklist CAFEINGZ.

Scam
1 payment request for a pending package of 3.45. I was expecting a package. Grr
I replied. I have a secure payment with my bank. My bank has validated the payment of €3.45 and sent a code for me to accept.
When I logged into my email, CAFEINGZ informed me of a subscription and a payment of €39.95.
How is this possible when my bank only approved the amount of €3.45?
I just followed your advice and canceled my subscription to avoid being charged every month. -
I have just fallen victim to the scam of this site that took advantage of the fact that I am waiting for 2 packages from Germany to ask me to pay 2.68 euros for the delivery of one of the two packages. I did so, and now I find myself with a subscription of 41 euros for this site Cafeingz.com. I called the bank card opposition service to block this payment, and the person I spoke to on the phone told me that they could not block a payment but could block the bank card instead. Which I did. I will receive a new card next week. I will contact my bank to get a refund for the 41 euros. These scammers from Cafeingz send a message from the bank with a secret code to make the payment of 2.68 euros! It’s shameful to pose as a package redirecting site and scam people in this way!

Hello, the same fraud happened to my boyfriend. I read your comments that he directly disputed it with the bank, but I would like to know how you unsubscribed because we can't find anything on the site ??????
How did you do it?
Thank you and good luck!! -
YES SCAM
Like everyone else, I accepted a charge of €3.45 with my bank code and received an email with a subscription request for €39.95. I immediately canceled it, but they charged me 4 times in one day, from €1.50 to €1.80.
BE VERY CAREFUL!!!!! -
Hello, while I was subscribing on the Disneu channel plus website, or at least a page that looked like theirs, a window opened asking me to enter my credit card details to finalize my subscription. So, I entered a virtual card for security of 15 euros. When I validated, I found myself on the Cafeingz.com website. Subscription mentioned 41 euros for 28 days. Immediately I tried to unsubscribe but it was impossible... They are scammers...

Hello,
I also got scammed.
I paid €1 at the beginning, and I checked the terms: there was a 3-day trial and then a monthly subscription of €39.
I cancelled on the last day of the trial and was charged the very next day!I called and was told that I had indeed been unsubscribed, that they hadn’t charged me anything, so I sent a screenshot via email. I did that, but after several days, there was no response or refund.
I called back and this time I was told it was just an authorization request, that the amount should return to my account within 15 days and that I needed to check with my bank.
My bank told me that they did make a debit and gave me the authorization number.
I called back, and they said they hadn’t received my email and asked me to resend the screenshot.
It's been a month now and I’ve been charged €39 again!! Even though they confirmed multiple times that my subscription was cancelled. It was done over the phone, but when I saw that I was charged, I checked the website and completed the unsubscription there.
Despite all this, they charged me €39 again!
I contacted my bank, and they indeed advised me to block my card and dispute the amounts paid to get a refund. They told me that with the screenshot of the email they sent me confirming that I was unsubscribed, I should be able to get my money back.
