No Windows boot after motherboard + CPU change

Hello,
I just changed my motherboard (asus rog strix z270f -> msi mpg z490 gaming plus) as well as my processor (i7 7700k -> i7 10700k). However, I am unable to boot with Windows 10 that was already installed on my NVMe SSD (installed in 2017 via DVD).
Upon startup, I can only access the BIOS which launches automatically. Since I'm not familiar with MSI's BIOS, I don't know if I'm missing something. The NVMe is recognized as it appears in the "storage" list. I also tried disconnecting all SATA ports to leave only the NVMe.
Could you please help me?

Configuration: Android / Firefox 68.0

Thank you all for your responses. I was able to solve my problem.
It seems that my SSD was not in the correct format. By enabling CSM mode instead of UEFI, I still couldn't select the SSD as a boot option. However, I tried restarting and it worked.
